Carnevale ID, LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us through our app, SkyLens, available on the Meta Quest store. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices when you use SkyLens.

When you use SkyLens, we collect the following categories of data:
- Device Identifiers: A unique identifier for your headset, used to deliver updates and track usage analytics.
- Location Data: GPS coordinates used to power location-based features (e.g., nearby aircraft, weather overlays).
- Voice Data: Microphone audio snippets when you issue voice commands; sent to third-party speech recognition services.
- Usage Analytics: Anonymous performance metrics and feature-usage statistics to improve stability and UX.
- User ID: Your Meta Horizon user identifier, used to enable personalized features (e.g., cloud save, leaderboards).
- In-App Purchase Data: Transaction metadata (item IDs, timestamps) required to unlock premium content; we do not store your payment details.
- Deep Linking Parameters: Any referral or navigation parameters passed into the app’s URL to route you to specific content; these are used only for in-app navigation, not user profiling.
We process each category only for the purposes described above and do not retain any personally identifying information beyond what is strictly necessary.
Permissions
Microphone: SkyLens requests permission to use your device’s microphone solely to issue voice commands within the app. Voice data may be transmitted to third-party services for speech recognition, but these services do not receive user-identifiable information.
Location: SkyLens requests permission to access your device’s location to enable certain features within the app. Location data, such as GPS coordinates, may be transmitted to third-party services to retrieve location-specific information. These services do not receive user-identifiable information.
Third-Party Services
SkyLens utilizes third-party services to process certain requests (e.g., speech recognition and location-based data retrieval). These services are used strictly to fulfill specific functions and do not receive user-identifiable information. Your interaction with the app remains private and self-contained aside from these specific data transmissions.

We implement various security measures to maintain the safety of any data transmitted to third parties. However, since we do not collect user-identifiable information, there are minimal data security concerns related to your personal information when using SkyLens.
How to Delete Your Data
You have the right to request permanent deletion of all personal data we’ve collected through SkyLens. To do so:
We will complete deletion within 60 days and confirm when it’s done.

We will acknowledge receipt within 30 days.
